Do I need prior training or experience to enter the field of Information Technology (I.T.)?

While prior training or experience in I.T. is not required, it is certainly helpful. We offer courses that are designed to provide the optimal progression from foundational courses to more advanced and specialized certifications as is recommended by the Computer Technology Industry Association (CompTIA.org). TC recognizes that entering the I.T. field is the hardest hurdle, and we provide you with the resources and support needed to build a successful future in the field of technology.

How long are your training programs?

Our programs are a perfect middle ground between the too-fast “bootcamp-style” education offerings and the slower traditional college courses. Our longest career program can be completed in just 19-20 weeks

What time frames are available for training? Is it online only or also offered in person?

All Training Concepts programs are offered in either an online or in-person modality. Live, instructor-led courses taught from our facilities may be attended in-person/in-seat OR students can remote into the classroom for an online-live experience. Some programs may require in-person attendance, so check with your admissions manager or vocational counselor. You can also attend courses at Training Concepts in the mornings (8:30am - 1:00pm), afternoons (1:00pm - 5:30pm) or evenings (5:30pm - 10:00pm) [EST].
