This course is for Both IT and business people who require a basic awareness of the ITIL framework. IT professionals or others working within an organization that have adopted an ITIL approach and those who need an appreciation of how ITIL can be used to enhance the quality of IT service management will also benefit from this course.
This course is designed to provide a high-level overview of ITIL and enable delegates to understand how an integrated IT Service Management framework might be utilized to achieve IT business integration, cost reductions and increased productivity. The course enables service providers to deliver key service management messages to large audiences during periods of organizational transformation or service management transition. This course does not map to an ITIL examination.
